b.c. Officine Meccaniche bottling line question

Hello all!

Friends of ours are moving their brewery and have this rotary bottle filler available at the low low cost of just haul it away! I'm guessing this is a pointless endeavor but I wanted to see if anyone on the message board may have heard of the b.c. line or have any experience. Please see plate picture below.

Otherwise, are there any service company's or machine shops that you like to work with when operating old equipment?
