Volkan Brewery (volkanbeer.com) is seeking a temporary brewer at our soon to opened brewery in Fira, Santorini, Greece. Partially completed 1000 liter brewhouse with 2000 liter fermentation vessels. 80% construction completed. We require a brewer to start immediately, and work through September. Possibility of continued employment based on performance.
Responsibilities will revolve around finishing construction of the brewery. Glycol installation, solar powered HLT installation, steam generator installation, and electrical work must be completed in a timely fashion. The brewer need not be responsible for all of the installations, but certainly a familiarity with these installations is a must. Upon completion of construction, we will begin brewing.
We will provide accommodation and transportation to Santorini, and competitive wages based upon experience and ability to complete construction.
