We are experiencing inconsistent yields from this specific style and are investigating different ways to increase it. We currently cold crash a week in advance and drop hops out everyday through the cone starting 2 days before racking (dropped on day of rack as well). After this, there is still a large amount of hop particles in the cone so we rack out of the racking arm to avoid all the chunks and turn as it as needed. I am debating trying to run it through the centrifuge but am worried that I am going to lose the "muddiness" or haze that defines the style. Does anyone have any experience with this particular style or helpful information?
