Graduate of the Siebel Advanced Brewing Theory program with 3 years experience brewing on a large scale(250 bbl brewhouse/600,000 bbls/yr) and 4 years experience on a small scale(25 bbl brewhouse/13,000 bbls/yr). I am looking to re-locate to the Pacific Northwest, Chicago, D.C, Boise, New York, and Massachusetts. I have strong experience in recipe formulation, I am a Certified Cicerone®, and a BJCP recognized judge.
