Brew 80 double discharging, not closing bowl on 2nd

Our Brew 80 started acting up this morning, intermittently double discharging and failing to close the bowl on the 2nd discharge. We thought it might be a water pressure/supply issue at first but that doesnt seem to be out of spec. Anyone else run into this issue before and have a fix or suggestion?
