    α-Amylase during secondary fermentation

    Hi gentlemen,
    I want to reach lowest terminal gravity level, but fermentation stopped on 4.6% Plato (1,018). Is it possible to add α-Amylase, so that it will utilizes unfermented sugars?
    What do you think about that idea? What kind of α-Amylase you will recommend?

    Fungal α-amylase
