Ill be moving from Hawaii to downtown Portland in August 2018 and want to stay in the industry.
I've got a year of commercial brewing experience on a 7bbl system ~30bbl batches, as well few years of small batch home brewing experience.
I am comfortable doing any and all type of work involved with production brewing, cellar work, packaging, sales, and deliveries on a commercial scale.
Although my current employer isn't very big, that has given me the opportunity to learn multiple roles and has required my small team to troubleshoot issues on our own.
