Crossroads Brewing is looking for Sales Representatives to join our team!
Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing new customer accounts and calling on existing customers on an on-going basis. The Sales Representative will write and submit orders, and market and sell our products. Routine and required account includes, ensuring that all customers have fresh merchandise to sell as well as monitoring freshness and rotation, and may include weekend work.
JOB DUTIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Deliveries
• Picking and bundling beer
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Product deliveries to retail accounts
• Maintaining associated paperwork (for example: invoices) in an accurate and orderly manner
• On-going communication with Sales Representatives
Sales
• Sales Representatives are responsible for establishing new customer accounts and calling on existing customers on an on-going basis.
• The Sales Representative will write and submit orders, and market and sell our products.
• Routine and required account includes, ensuring that all customers have fresh merchandise to sell as well as monitoring freshness and rotation, and may include weekend work.
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Marketing Business Admin or similar field plus related sales experience; or in the alternative, High School Diploma and 3+ years related sales/merchandising experience
• Knowledge of beer and craft beer preferred
• Ability to make effective presentations
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with various workplace technology devices including computer, cell phone, spreadsheets
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
• Valid driver license with respectable driving record
