  • Level of Detail on Plan Drawings

I've got everything pulled together and saved in my application online except the Plans. I'm curious how accurate the plans we submit need to be compared to what is eventually built(TI has not started). Can I submit plans I came up with which have some dimensions but aren't "detailed" as they would be from an architect or should I wait another 3-4 weeks for my architect to finish the schematic design drawings and submit those?
    thanks!

Go ahead and submit the application. You can always submit attachments later. You have 15 days to submit documents after they contact you if something is missing.

Make basic drawings. TTB doesn't really care about anything other than a secured taxable storage area.

We didn't even submit architectural drawings, just the sketch that I had made in Photoshop to give guidance to the architect.

This has been my experience as well.
