THAT Brewing Company Sales Position for Central and Southern AZ territories
Work closely with distribution Managers, Sales Reps, and other key personnel to promote great relationships with everyone touching/selling our brand.
Review distribution reports to ensure THAT Brewery brands are performing well for all assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers, and restaurants/bars.
Assume leadership role in implementing brewery initiatives with distributors, retailers, and restaurants/bars.
Work closely with distributor on new product releases, seasonal releases, pre-orders for brewery and inventory.
Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material, keep lines of communication open with distributors in order to ensure proper levels of inventory are maintained.
Ensure proper use of available point of sale items throughout assigned territory.
Complete required paperwork/tracking such as: Weekly call sheets, expense reports, event tracking, charity invoicing, event calendar, etc.
Establish and monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss).
Communicate with production and management teams as necessary.
Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings.
Marketing - input on designs, gorilla marketing events, social media, up to date on trends, etc.
Must be willing and able to organize and assist with promotions, samplings, events and festivals on evenings and weekends as necessary.
Attend selected festivals /events such as, but not limited to, brewery dinners, tastings and promotions.

Minimum Qualifications
Love of craft beer
Experience in Sales or Promotions, preferably in beverage alcohol industry experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Phoenix Metro area home base
Good time management and organizational skills
Competency in basic computer apps; Google Drive (Docs, Sheets - similar to Microsoft Office)
The ability to lift/move 35 lb cases of beer frequently, and move/place 165 lb kegs as needed
Valid AZ drivers license & reliable transportation
Flexible schedule - days, evenings, weekends, holidays

An exemplary candidate would have these Qualifications:
Associates Degree
Certified Beer Server or Certified Cicerone
Great Beer/Wine/Alcohol industry knowledge
2 years sales experience
Established knowledge with Crescent Crown Distribution
