I have 9+ years as the Head Brewer of New South Brewing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I ran a small crew on a 20bbl system. We used a Mini-King kegging machine and a Cask Canning Line. I left New South Brewing to join the opening team at one of Myrtle Beach's hottest craft beer restaurants. The Grumpy Monk were I have been the bar manager and bartending for the last 3 1/2 years.
