Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a full time Cellar Person/Assistant Brewer to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to, the following)
• Assisting with packaging line, tank cleaning, malt handling, keg cleaning, general logistics, and other brewery and warehouse related work.
• Preparation and packaging of product for shipments
• Shift work required to reach company goals
• Ability to follow directions
• Repeated lifting of 55lb bags
• Confined space work required as well as knowledge of safety protocols for such work
Job Requirements:
• Minimum one year brewing/ cellar experience.
• Reliable and punctual
• Be passionate about craft beer, quality, and innovation
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Be able to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have valid Drivers License
Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly wage with growth potential
• Benefits available after 90 day probation period, for full time employees.
