    Fort Point is an independent San Francisco brewery made up of people who believe the simple things in life can be a whole lot better.


    POSITION SUMMARY:

    We are an incredibly fast growing beer company based out of San Francisco. We need a player coach to manage a metro sales team but more importantly to also be very active in the field, a great motivator, and team player.     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Responsible for all sales within a given metro territory
    • Responsible for key account growth and management within defined market
    • Lead a team of 5-10 Sales Reps and help them meet and exceed our goals
    • Coach Sales Reps in their daily sales activity including, but not limited to, new business prospecting, organization, outbound calling, CRM management, account troubleshooting, time management, and policy adherence
    • Take lead role in the process of hiring, training and development of new Sales Reps
    • Manage a strong pipeline of current accounts by utilizing CRM and Camber tools
    • Meet and exceed weekly, period and quarterly goals consisting of net new sales opportunities
    • Execute region specific sales objectives set forth by senior management
    • Monitor sales reports closely, track progress and provide feedback & assistance if necessary
    • Work with Events & Partnerships team to execute marketing events in region
    • Explore best practices and own new projects on behalf of the brewery



    SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Work closely with AR team to keep accounts current
    • Deliver beer on a one-off or 11th hour basis



    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
    • Territory management experience
    • Experience in assigned beer market in both on and off sale channels
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Apps
    • Experience with CRM platform(s)

    • Ability to organize, manage & plan time efficiently
    • Strong commitment to results
    • Ability to work & adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Valid Driver’s license & clean driving record



    SKILLS PREFERRED:
    • Able to lift & manipulate 40lbs



    REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
    • Use of personal vehicle is required with stipend
