    Job Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
    • Work collaboratively with the Director of Brewing Operations, the Director of Quality, and the Lead Brewer to ensure that high quality standards are met in wort production, centrifuge operations, cellaring, and other brewing processes.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and follow safe work practices.
    • Maintain a clean and organized production area and equipment.
    • Communicate any production equipment issues with the Lead Brewer, Brewery Engineer, or the Director of Brewing Operations.
    • Adhere to appropriate SOPs based on daily tasks as dictated by shift rotation.
    • Perform CIP operations.
    • Assist other production personnel as needed.
    • Assist the Brewery Engineer in routine maintenance of brewing and cellar equipment as needed.
    • Perform routine cleaning tasks of brewing and cellar equipment and work areas as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Formal brewing education from an accredited brewing school or a minimum of two years in a production brewery setting.
    • Experience working on automated brewhouses (50+ bbl) and centrifuge separators preferred.
    • Ability to multi-task while working safely and efficiently.
    • Ability to follow established SOPs and work with little to no supervision.
    • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and work standing for prolonged periods.
    • Has excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Has great attention to detail and takes initiative when necessary.
    • Is meticulous about sanitization and has an appreciation for keeping things clean and organized.
    • Schedule flexibility (e.g. able to work late when needed, able to accommodate changing/rotating schedules, work holidays).
    • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of complex machinery a plus.
    • Fork lift experience a plus.
