    Reports To: Director to Outside Sales
    Employment: Regular Full Time
    Work Location: Field\Home Office

    Position Description
    .Responsible for growing volume and profitability by increasing sales and drive brand awareness within
    your assigned territory.
    .You will be engaged with establishing, developing and maintaining god account relationships with both on
    and off premise accounts while working alongside our distribution partners to maximize this territory.

    Essential Job Duties
    • Represent Studio Brew in a positive and pleasant manner
    • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key retailers and restaurants in assigned areas
    • Implement key brewery initiatives with distributor middle managmentand sales personnel
    . Grow volume and profitability in assigned geography
    • Conduct in field training and classes with distributor representatives and retailers
    • Communicate market trends and relevant sales data to brewery staff as well as distribution partners
    • Ensure that the Brewery’s quality standards are clearly understood and enforced by distributors and retailers.
    • Use Repsly data reporting tools to identify opportunities for new or expanded distribution, lost sales,
    incremental volume increases, and other business insights.
    • Attend all Regional & Brewery Sales team meetings as requested
    • Review and understand all legal restrictions regarding Brewery product in each market and ensure all
    initiatives are executed within those limitations
    • Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.
    • Create and execute promotions at current and potential customers, festivals and events
    • Travel Required

    Qualifications:
    • 1-2+ years relevant sales experience within the craft beer industry
    • In Depth knowledge of the craft beer scene in the territory
    • Passion for and knowledge of Craft beer, styles, brands and the market as a whole
    • Self-Motivated, able to work and deliver results with little direct supervision
    • Proficiency in social media tools and use of Microsoft Office applications
    • Demonstrated Time-Management skills, along with the ability to prioritize short and long term projects
    • Results Focused and committed to delivering on objectives.
    • Analytical abilities to drive relevant data and use to leverage sales
    • Effective Communicator possessing strong written and verbal skills

    Job Requirements
    • Must Reside within the Territory
    • Valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance and clean driving record
    • Reliable Transportation to perform job duties
    • Ability to travel 65% of the work week as necessary
    . Accountability / closure of sales with a minimum of 2BBL per day / 10 BBL per week for base pay.
    . Accountability for expenses

    Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to perform simple grasping, and repetitive hand and arm movements
    • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs routinely and participate in the occasional movement of full kegs
    • Must be able to stand, squat, walk, pull, push, kneel on uneven surfaces as time demands
    • Must be able to do physically demanding work as required
    • Must be able to walk\stand outside in a variety of weather conditions at events\festivals
