We are currently doing market research and feasibility study around a brewery/taproom in what we think is an underserved area in Vermont. We have an LLC formed, a business plan 90% done and brand identity underway. We hope to open in fall 2019. We are looking for a true partner to work with us to run brewery operations including recipe development and production. We are coming from the business and marketing side with experience in home brew but accept we need a solid partner. We want a low ego partner and are willing to offer equity to the right person. We want someone who feels like they have equal skin in the game to help push this vision forward. Looking for someone who can create interesting recipes and then execute on them within a 5 to 10 BBL system to start. You will have a lot of creative control over the recipes but we want someone that knows how to collaborate.
