To those interested,
I am currently a Brewer at an award winning midsized San Diego based brewery. I am a graduate of two separate brewing programs (UCSD & SDSU) with four years of experience in the industry. I have experience packaging, brewing, cellaring, and with filtration/centrifuges. Currently I manage the cask program/treatment keg program for my facility. Ideally I would like to move somewhere smaller to help them grow but will consider larger facilities as well.
