Lift Bridge Brewing Co (LBBC) is a production brewery located in the birthplace of Minnesota, Stillwater. We are celebrating our 10th year of business this year. LBBC will be building a new brewery over the next 18 months with a starting capacity of 35,000 bbls and room to grow past 80,000 bbls.
Description

Description
LBBC is looking for the right person to become part of our leadership team. We are seeking a person who is outgoing, quality and safety minded, hard-working, a self starter and of high character.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all brewing and production operations
- Creating beer recipes
- Oversee quality assurance program
- Selecting quality Ingredients
- Maintain accurate records
- Inventory management
- Maintenance & cleanliness of the for the production facility
- Assure safety protocols are followed
- Contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork within the department and throughout the company
- Build relationships with vendors
- Communicating department concerns, needs, and suggest/implement process improvements
- Oversee departmental budget
- Assisting in other areas of the brewery as needed
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of brewmaster experience
- Qualified Brewing Degree/Certificate
- OrchestratedBEER experience preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule with little supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be computer literate/comfortable using Google G Suite or MS Office
- Proven creativity and ability to develop quality recipes
- Safely work around brewery hazards
- Able to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs occasionally
- Attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- Adaptable to change
- Hard work ethic and positive attitude
- Effectively multi-task and have problem solving capabilities
- Passion for beer
