Cascade Lakes Brewing Company in Redmond, Oregon is hiring a full time production brewer. Cascade Lakes has been brewing craft beer in Central Oregon for almost 25 years. We are excited to add a new member to our brewery team.
The position consists of all aspects of brewing: Fermentation management, cellaring, inventory, kegging and packaging. Annual production: 10,000 BBL’s.
Requirements:
-Passion and dedication for brewing quality craft beer
-Proven experience in recipe formulation
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Q/A Q/C experience
-Filtration
-Strong yeast management skills / knowledge
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-Must be a team player, and be able to work independently
-Must be flexible in your workable hours: Days, Evenings and some weekend’s
-Formal brewing education and/or a minimum of 2 years brewing experience in a commercial brewery/brewpub is required.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
