This is our 1st time using the new 3bbl unitank and we about to crash the temp. Few questions .
1- since prim fermentation is done am i correct in assuming that we would remove the blowoff hose and just seal it up until we carb? With a prv of course.
2- should we apply some co2 head pressure at the start of cold crash? Or strive for a specific tank pressure during this few days at cold?
