    Randolph Beer is an established restaurant company in NYC with a brewpub in Dumbo, Brooklyn, at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge. The brewery is open to the restaurant, which is a fun, exciting and welcoming place to enjoy beer and food.



    We have a 7bbl American Beer Equipment brewhouse that has been running great for just over 1 year. On the cold side, we have 3 – 7bbl fermenters, 1 – 15bbl fermenter and 6 – 7bbl brite tanks.

    We are looking for the right brewer to start immediately and help take us to the next level. This could be a great opportunity for a head brewer looking to make a change or for an assistant brewer who is ready to take on their own project.

    Qualifications should include:
    - 2+ years professional brewing experience
    - Degree or Brewing Certificate a plus
    - Ability to perform all brewhouse operations
    - Need to be self-motivated
    - Ability to multitask and manage time while being detail oriented
    - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus

    Responsibilities include:
    - Responsible for the entire brewing and quality control processes. Should be well versed in scheduling, brewing, cellaring and packaging operations
    - Maintain detailed and accurate records
    - Cleaning (CIP) and maintaining all brewhouse equipment
    - Recipe Development
    - Lifting, moving and carrying grains, hoses, equipment, etc., all while maintaining proper safety standards
    - Work with management team on collaborations, events and beer pairing dinners
    - Perform other related duties as assigned

    Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
