When taking a triclamp off of a hose connected to the bottom valve of a full, pressurized brite, make damn sure the triclamp you are loosening and removing is on the “hose side” of the valve and not the “tank side” of the valve.
tldr: hose side = good, tank side = bad

This thread is well intended because it is motivated towards getting " real " about things.
What I can add to this idea is Breweries that are running and with seeming success would do well to take a look at regular operations maneuvers and methods that are both inefficient, contradictory, and possibly insane. A very quick page could easily be written on the matter.
There is something bad that happens when people become fixated on dollars above all else that clouds and distorts clear perception.

Ditto for racking arms! Of course, the upside to this is you will only do it once. It leaves a lasting impression (and residue).

When your sparge is complete and it's time to drain the last runnings from your mash tun, don't accidentally open the kettle dump and be left wondering why it's taking so long to drain the mash tun. The danger of having your valves side by side.

                1. Forgetting to install the racking arm before filling tank. Big PITA with Cider and dished bottom tank.

                2. Force carbing keg through liquid port. Hose came off and drained 5 gallons of mead.
