Production Assistant – 4 Noses Brewing Company - Broomfield, Colorado
4 Noses Brewing Company is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team! We are a family owned production brewery in Broomfield, Colorado with a reputation for seriously good beer. The individual we are looking for needs to be a flexible team member, mechanically inclined, and detail oriented. This job will require various start times and a broad range of daily and weekly duties. This position is part time, with the very likely possibility of full time in the future. This is an entry level position, so experience isn’t required but it is a plus. This individual will report directly to the Packaging Manager. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Packaging Responsibilities:
-Pack off cases onto pallets, wrap and move to cold storage.
-Operate keg washer, labeler, and PakTech machine.
-Replace lids on canning line, fold boxes, replace can sleeve on depalletizer.
-Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment to store and load products.
-Physically move products when necessary, lifting 55 lb. regularly and 165 lb. occasionally.
-Perform routine maintenance and cleaning procedures.
-Daily and weekly cleaning to keep the brewery spotless.
-Follow all SOPs, quality controls and safety standards of the organization.
Maintenance, Sanitation and Safety:
-Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the production and packaging floor.
-Report any equipment issues to management.
-Operate under the health and safety standards set by the organization.
-Maintain a safe work environment.
Education required:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 21+ to apply
Compensation is hourly, pay to be determined based on experience. We are looking for someone willing to learn and grow into a brewer position.
Team player with the ability to work autonomously
Excellent communication skills
