Lost Signal Brewing is looking for a new Production Assistant.
We are located in Downtown Springfield, MO.
System is a 7bbl natural gas, with a 1bbl electric pilot system.
Days worked will typically be Tues-Fri and some Mondays.
Hours ave 33-35, depending on the week load.
Major duties include:
-Milling and Dumping grain
-Assist in wort production
-Monitoring fermentation
-Dry Hoping
-Transferring and carbing beer
-Assisting in packaging beer
-Cleaning kegs, tanks, floors, and everything else that needs to be cleaned
Must be able to lift 55lbs without issues
Good communication skills, cognitive thinking, and attention to details
Must be able to work alone with minimal guidance
Knowledge of a commercial brewing setting
A brewing education and/or multiple years of professional experience is a plus
