Ancestry Brewing Market Manager
We are looking for a craft beer junky to represent Ancestry Brewing in the Northwest Oregon market, focusing in Portland, Salem, Vancouver, and surrounding areas. This person’s primary function will be to work on behalf of Ancestry with our distributor in this market and invest in an outstanding relationship with the reps and DM’s and supporting the activities that make it easy to sell Ancestry. A key to success in this role will be to make our partner and customers alike feel the love and that Ancestry is a supplier who will hustle for a chance to let our beer shine in the market.
Key responsibilities include:
• Sales relationship management: work with key partner reps and build relationships
• Chain management: Conduct chain meetings to support and gain placements
• Back up placements with tasting and events that help placements get traction
• Order management: work with distributor to manage inventory and launch product
• Conduct pro-active events with on and off prem customers
• Work with distributor to plan product lifecycle management
• Support existing accounts while developing strategic new account partners
• Develop and maintain product calendar for seasonal launches
