Maybe I have inhaled too many paint fumes from painting the restaurant today, but I do not understand these 2 questions on my TTB Brewpub application:
What is the approximate working capacity of the serving tanks (measured in barrels or kegs)
The capacity of the serving tanks is measured in (barrels/kegs)
We are super small - using a 1 bbl Sabco 2x to brew a few beers to compliment the wood fired pizza. We plan to go from fermenter to kegs, and serve directly from those kegs from our walk in (one the beer makes it into the kegs, it is tax determined).
SOOOOO...when they ask for the working capacity of the tanks, do I put 1 (because it is 1 keg?) 15.5 (because that's how many gallons)? Or do I put how many kegs we plan to have a full capacity in the walk in? The answer to the second question would be kegs (right?), but the first one is what has me confused.
Like I said, I am prob over thinking, and I am blaming the paint fumes and late nights with the kids.
My goal is to get this application in this weekend, but if I have to, I will call TTB on Tuesday.
Thank you to everyone and anyone for insight. :-)
