Hello All,
we have recently been getting higher than expected attenuation rates in the brewery. We have been using fermentis products and were getting great results until recently. It seems like all the beers are finishing around 5% higher than previous repeated results. I wounder if it a possible infection setting in or something obvious i'm missing. With that said any thoughts on where to start looking.
