Last year we had a very successful launch of our cannery and in March of 2019, we will open our newest facility in Graduate Hospital/ Point Breeze.
We are looking for Grade A individuals who think on their feet, manage proactively, have an entrepreneurial spirit and lead by example.
We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm and passion for beer, a love for hospitality and filled with self motivation. This individual can really make an immediate impact in an already flourishing business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Floor Leadership
Financial Profitability
Quality/Portion Control for both food and beverage
Private Event Coordination and delegation
Labor Control
Cost Control
Management of Physical Plant
Problem Solving
Progressive Discipline
Hiring and Development of new and current employees
Staff Education/Training
Offer valuable insight to institute new ideas and implement
Ambassador for the Brand both inside the 4 walls and out in the local community
We are looking for someone to jump right in, understand our culture and affect immediate positive change. We would love for this candidate to grow with the company to take on more responsibility and grow their career.
This position is available immediately.
It is mandatory that you have at least 3 years of high volume, upscale casual experience. We will unfortunately not be able to get back to those who do not possess this experience as this is not an entry level position.
