Killington Beer Company, An established micro brewery and pub, is looking for a head brewer to lead brewing operations at our Killington, VT facility. Qualified candidates will have prior professional brewing experience and the ability to work independently.
Duties include:
-Product Production on our 4 BBL System
-Quality Control
-Transfers and packaging (draft only)
-Quarterly Maintenance
-Recipe Development
-special projects
-managing assistants
-Keeping on cask program creative
-Ordering and receiving ingredients and other brewery related supplies
Compensation based on prior experience. Performance based bonus structure.
