Job Description
Two Brothers Artisan Spirits is a passion project from craft brewing pioneers, Two Brothers Artisan Brewing. As with all Two Brothers products, the focus is on quality and craftsmanship, pushing the boundaries of flavor and innovation to bring a unique take on craft spirits. Two Brothers Artisan Spirits are distilled in our state of the art 3 column hybrid still at the Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora, IL.
Two Brothers Artisan Spirits is actively seeking an entrepreneurial minded professional to manage their own territory/business in the Phoenix area. This person will be responsible to grow Two Brothers Artisan Spirits along with Two Brothers Brewery and Sleepy Dog Brewery beers to increase recognition in the area. The ideal candidate would be responsible for direct on and off-premise sales, building relationships with these accounts and increasing sales within their territory. This position requires a purpose driven, high degree of “think like an owner” attitude, dedication and motivation.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but will not be limited to:
-Acquisition and development of new on/off-premise accounts.
-Meeting, maintaining and exceeding outlined sales goals within your territory.
-Manage, develop and expand relationships within existing on/off-premise accounts with the goal of increases existing sales.
-Timely, accurate and professional communication with Area Manager and Distributor.
-Account training of brand portfolio.
-High level of accuracy, knowledge and passion for spirits and craft brews.
-Organizing and executing promotional events to generate and increase brand awareness.
-Daily local travel and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously, reliably.
-Monthly meetings with Area Manager (located in Phoenix Metro area).
-Required participation in local and regional beer/food festivals where the brands will be showcased.
-This position may require an excess of 40 hours of work a week or be less in others. We require flexibility, availability and willingness to work nights and weekends if the situation arises.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Self-Starter
-Local resident of the Phoenix area will only be considered. This position requires strong relationships in the local area.
-Ability to talk to just about anyone in an effective professional manner that focuses on building better relationships within the industry.
-Previous Sales experience, with proven records of success.
-Ability to make decisions that are focused on what's best for the business and what's best for the brand.
-Highly influential personality.
-Creative thinker.
-Task oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks and impeccable follow through.
-Extremely dedicated, efficient in time management and highly organized.
-High level of technology proficiency.
-Attention to detail and ability to collect, calculate and interpret “beer math” with true accuracy.
-Associate degree and/or equivalent experience in the adult beverage industry.
-Spirit/Beer sales is critical.
-Strong communication skills, in all forms.
