    WLP067 Coastal Haze - Anyone have any experience?

    Hi
    Doing my first NEIPA and have some white labs coastal haze yeast to work with.
    Anyone have any experience with this strain? Recommend a good temperature to ferment at?

    That's a new one to me, but typically with NE type yeast strains I knockout at 64 and increase the temp 2 degrees/day till 72. I'd play around with some regimens to see what you can coax out of the yeast. You might have different preferences than me as far as the flavors you are looking to obtain.

    FYI: That blend most likely has diastaticus in it so be careful with packaging.
