The Brew Kettle Production Works is located in Strongsville Ohio, 20 minutes south of Cleveland.
Cellar responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• CIP/SIP of brewery tanks and equipment
• Wort and beer filtration and transfer
• Yeast harvesting
• Fermentation monitoring
• Manual cleaning of brewery equipment and parts
• Exterior and interior keg cleaning
• Manual keg filling
• Manual cellar and inventory Record-keeping
• Occasionally Assist with bottling
• Material loading and unloading and stocking
Physical requirements:
• Lift 55 lbs. and move 165 lbs. occasionally
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Operate a forklift and complex machinery
• Work in a non-environmental controlled workspace
• Regularly handle hazardous materials
Mental/Attitude requirements:
• Ability to work well with others
• Able to multi task
• Flexibility to work varied shifts/hours
Skill/educational Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months previous experience working in a brewery.
Compensation based on experience. Benefits include: Healthcare, 401K, paid vacation
