Searching for a head brewer for a brewpub concept opening its second location with a third location planned.
The head brewer would have full oversight of all brewing and creative input into new and seasonal beers although the company does have some successful brands it would like to continue. This is a brewpub with a restaurant with beer sales being about one third of all sales.
Applicants must have 2-5 years of head brewer or assistant brewer experience. More importantly, the head brewer must be a team player who can work with other managers and the owners, and train and coach employees. Relocation and competitive salary.
