Imprint Beer Co. is a fast growing nano-brewery located in Hatfield, Montgomery County, PA. We are looking to add a part-time cellar-person to our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Fermentation monitoring
• CIP/SIP of all brewery vessels
• Wort and beer transfer
• Yeast harvesting, pitching and health management
• Hop & adjunct additions
• Grain handling, measurement and inventory management
• Basic lab functions
• Manual cleaning of brewery equipment and parts
• Assist with packaging; including canning and bottling
• Keg filling & cleaning
• Tap & faucet cleaning & maintenance
• Strict adherence to sanitary and record-keeping standards
• Basic facilities cleaning & maintenance
• Basic brewery equipment maintenance
• Assist brewers with wort creation and brewhouse operation
Necessary Qualities:
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Close attention to details
• Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities
• Efficient communication with team and customers
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Punctuality
Requirements:
• Lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs occasionally
• Stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Handling of hazardous materials
Preferred Qualities:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical degree in related field
• Previous experience working in a brewery
Compensation based upon experience. Hours to be determined, and may expand in the near future.
