Director of Brewery Operations Needed - 2 roles - LA / SD - Will Relo!

Looking for Director of Operations for a few different roles in SoCal. Similar roles for different breweries just varied location (LA/ San Diego/ Ventura). All will Relo.

All roles require similar skillsets -
1. Managing and developing a team - Must have managerial experience
2. Experience with scaling brewery operations - Must have experience scaling a brewery (preferably size 20k bbl/year or more)

Must have dynamic operational experience - including but not limited to; Managing production scheduling/ working with Sales to handle forecasting / Budget management. Though brewing experience is ideal, it is not required as these roles lean more towards management than production.

23 Veteran brewer looking to grow

Current Head Brewer for a small LA based brewery. Budget is small too, so I end up being Driver, Draft Specialist and general flunkie. Overworked and way underpaid. Hard to be a Master Brewer with 23 years of experience who has repaired and reclaimed multiple breweries in the US and has built 4 ground up Award winning breweries( including where I am now) working for small minded individuals. So I am looking to grow in the California beer market and this could be an interesting project.
