Experienced professional brewer looking for the next adventure. Motivated & honest with a dedication to all the things that make this industry great. Keen eye for SOP's & brewhouse safety. Plenty of brewpub experience including FOH, BOH, Management, & Brewhouse, and I love getting my hands dirty with all aspects of the job. Mechanically inclined & easily trainable. Particularly suited to staff development and culture management. Love the classic styles, but ain't afraid of Brett or bacteria. Mountains are my jam but willing to relocate for the right team.
