Qajaq Brewing is located on the southern horn of the nordic island of Greenland. The brewhouse is 40hl with 80hl FVs. and a 4000 bottle an hour german rotary filler. The brewery is producing approximately 5000hL a year and growing. Lead brewer is responsible for leading all general production and operations. We produce mainly german styles but have a variety of ales and are open to implementing some new styles.
The brewery is a small team and is working with a master brewer that is only on location for a few months out of each year. Independent confidence in lead production is ideal, but we are happy to work with applicants who may need some training.
The location is a beautiful, but very remote coastal village of 1000 people and is not for the faint of heart. It would be ideal to have a brewer come with his or her partner but it is not mandatory. Shoot me an email with any questions, very receptive to general inquiry.
