THE OPEN ROAD
Mother Road Brewing Company seeks an entry-level brewer with 6 months+ of production brewing experience to aid us in the expansion of our mainline beer brands in the state of Arizona. Over the course of six years, we have grown from brewing 650 barrels to 5,700 barrels annually, and are projected to brew 14,000 barrels in the next year.
As a Brewer I, you will work with a talented team to brew distinguished beers. We are curious, continuously improving our beer and brewery through experimentation and open dialogue. By this, you will have many opportunities to directly influence and contribute to our processes. On a typical day, you may find yourself dry-hopping, performing transfers, kegging/ keg cleaning, brewery CIP/SIP, or packaging on our Twin Monkeys 16oz canning line.
