Ready to make the move and become your own boss? A distinctive business opportunity in Chicago’s Brewery District is available for a veteran brewer looking to found his/her own brewery or for an established brewery looking for a place to call home, beginning in early 2019.
Two brewhouses, a 7 bbl and a 30bbl, will be available to brew in flexible batch sizes. We have the capability to package your beer in cans or for draft, for distribution, direct on-premise sale in the 4,000-square-foot beer hall with personalized tap spaces, and direct off-premise sale in the 1,000-square-foot bottle shop. A separate fermentation space for sour and wild beers also includes a dedicated bottling line and barrel-aging capabilities.
Access is available to robust quality control and quality assurance procedures, including dissolved oxygen measurements in parts per billion, microbiological plating, yeast cell counts for accurate pitch rates, tasting panels, and can seam measurements.
Logistics—including licensing, ordering, and taxes—will be handled by the host brewery, allowing the partner breweries to focus on creativity and marketing.
