THE OPEN ROAD
Mother Road Brewing Company seeks an experienced brewer to aid us in the expansion of our mainline beer brands, as we increase our distribution within the state of Arizona. Over the course of six years, we have grown from brewing 650 barrels to 5,700 barrels annually, and now have the fermenter capacity to brew 15,000 barrels in 2019.
As a Brewer II, our vernacular for Shift Brewer, you will work with a talented team of 9 to brew distinguished beers. We are curious, continuously improving our beer and brewery through experimentation and open dialogue. By this, you will have many opportunities to directly influence and contribute to our processes. On a typical day, you may find yourself producing wort, monitoring fermentation, collecting lab samples, brewery CIP/SIP, or operating our Twin Monkeys 16oz canning line.

The winning candidate will be able to demonstrate their alignment with our values, have two years+ of brewing, distilling or wine making experience, and express interest in long-term growth with the Mother Road story. Brewing education may be considered in lieu of experience.
