Sales Ambassador: East Bay & Silicon Valley
Established in August of 2013, Woodfour Brewing seeks to bring to life Country Brewing with a particular emphasis on Terroir driven Wild Beers. Located in Sebastopol, West Sonoma County, Woodfour is dedicated to our local community and our craft. We believe that beer connects people and are excited to carry our flag into the world strengthening existing relationships, while continuing building new ones.

Full Time, Sales
Position Summary
Reporting to the Sales Manager & Head Brewer, the individual will seek to promote the Woodfour Brand via outside and inside sales best practices the Woodfour way: by creating lasting relationships built on respect for great beer and good people. Spending time in the East Bay, South Bay & Peninsula Regions of the San Francisco Bay Area, the individual will engage current relationships while targeting new prospects in key locations to increase brand awareness & sales continuity.
Position Details
• Primary Territory: East Bay
• Secondary Territory: South Bay/Silicon Valley
• Support Woodfour Brewing's Core Values, Ethics & Philosophies
• Follows, Executes and Enhances the Sales Marketing Plans of Woodfour Brewing
• Eagerness to support the cultural mindset and industry goals of Woodfour Brewing
• Builds relationships with ongoing and prospect accounts in region
• Conducts outside and inside sales touches within assigned regions
• Assists with festivals and events in Region
• Maintains proper demeanor and attire
• Execute and maintain weekly reporting routines
Preferred Knowledge, Qualities & Abilities
The ideal candidate is an individual who has the ability to adapt to many environments and thrive thanks to character and quality. A STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF BEER, STYLES, AND CURRENT INDUSTRY TRENDS is a major plus, though not required.
• Must be 21 or Over
• Must be able to legally work in the State of California
• Live in the East Bay of San Francisco
• Self Starting & Self Motivated
• Reliable Car & Valid Driver's License
• Understands small team concepts and work loads
• Must be able to work independently and with others
• Ability to work a varied schedule including Nights & Weekends when necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Dynamic public speaking ability
• Positive track record of working with and for others
• Travel is required
Secondary Functions & Physical Demands
• This position may be required to assist with deliveries in region when necessary
• Ability to lift 75, up to 150 pounds with assistance will be required
Education & Experience
• Individual should be able to showcase a range of life and work experiences that will help them thrive in this posting.
• Willingness and ability to pass Certified Beer Server or Cicerone certifications
• Relevant or related industry (wine/distilled spirits) experience is helpful but not required
