Hi All,
I am working on automating our common measurements during a brew day. When we are transferring wort from the MT to the kettle, we currently pull samples about every 15 minutes to check gravity and pH. I was wondering if anyone had a method or sensor to automate taking the gravity of transferring wort. It can spread out measurements, it doesn't need to be continuous. I would like to eventually automate the wort transferring process, but I am missing the gravity measurement piece. Thanks for any help you can provide!
On a similar note, does anyone monitor their fermentation gravity digitally? I am curious if there are any commercial options for digital in tank hydrometers (I have seen the homebrew ones: https://www.midwestsupplies.com/beerbug).
Cheers!
