Position Summary
The Sales & Distribution Manager will create and build long-term client relationships to reinforce sales and effectively manage distribution. This position works closely with the Head Brewer by providing market data to assist in developing a beer production plan. The Sales & Distribution Manager participate in setting quarterly sales goals and related marketing projects. This position will be initially hired at part-time with the intent of increasing sales to a level to support this as a full-time position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Participate in setting sales goals and strategies which will be the baseline for this position.
Assisting in developing a budget and price estimate using standard models
Assisting in developing project plans for beer distribution, Keg, and Crowlers, keg deposits, and tap handle inventory. Defining roles and responsibilities and the scope of work for each project are.
Maintain, accurate and up to date CRM data for all customers.
Communicating back to internal groups the outcome of the negotiations/proposals focusing on conveying the expectations set forth for each group (e.g., clear details, critical timeframes, and expectations)
Collaborating with the Operations and Finance to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals
Tracking and reporting on the status of all proposal components
Establishing and maintaining on-going client relationships with the various parties to anticipate and resolve potential problems; participating in site visits
Supporting other Business Development Team members as needed
Participating in activities as needed to support Dual Citizen Brewing Company, such as beer festivals, tastings, and demonstrations
Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
At least three years of experience in the craft brewery industry. Or the equivalent years of successful sales in a similar market.
Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move 160 pounds
Valid Driver’s License
