Hi all, as our brewpub plans are beginning to come to fruition I was hoping to receive some feedback, either here or DM/email on Brewiks equipment. Looking for anyone with experience of both their brewhouse setup and their fermentation vessels. Any information anyone can share would be of huge help as I take the terrifying step from employee into my own business!
