We are a rapidly growing award winning brewery in Central Florida looking to hire a full time On Premise Relationship Guru. We have a team oriented culture, and the right candidate will place teamwork and chemistry with teammates as a lead priority. We are located in an incredible city of 35k people, and our downtown was voted America’s Best Mainstreet in 2017. We are less than an hour from Orlando and the attractions and less than 30 minutes from the beach!
The right candidate for this position is a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. This person must have the ability to build meaningful connections with restaurant and bar managers and beverage buyers. This person will conduct 40-50 site visits per week in hotels, restaurants and bars, including one sampling event per week. This person will also be the brewery’s representative for beer festivals and on premise events. The right candidate has the ability to start a conversation with anyone and is fluent in the language of craft beer. This person must have his/her own reliable transportation, and will be reimbursed for mileage.
Salary is commensurate with experience and includes performance bonuses.
