Brewery/Sales Representative

4204 Main Street Brewing Co. is seeking a Brewery/Sales Representative for the Kansas and Western Missouri Market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new accounts and new placements (Both off and on premise).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the distributor and current accounts.
Represent 4204 at events to promote our brand.
Participating in activities as needed: including beer festivals, tastings, and demonstrations, tap takeovers, and pint nights.
Execute monthly sales goals
Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned area
Email weekly recap to management team.
Work with our brewery staff to learn more about our beer and our programs
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Strong relationships with key buyers and distributors highly desired.
2+ years of beer or wine sales experience
Knowledge of distributor operations
Ability to analyze large volume of sales data from a variety of sources to develop robust sales strategy
Valid driver's license with active auto insurance, and a clean DMV record is required
Self-motivation and ability to work with limited amount of direction
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and move 150 lb. kegs
This position does require travel. Base Salary plus commission based on sales. A gas card will be provided preloaded with a monthly allowance.
