Deliver Wiens Brewing products to customers. Manage invoices and collect payments. Maintain positive and professional image with accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to all accounts
Manage invoices for daily delivery
Load products for delivery into delivery vehicle
Plan delivery routes
Delivery products to customers in a professional and timely manner
Rotate stock at both Brewery/Warehouse and at customer accounts
Collect accounts receivable from customers
Accurate record keeping including, but not limited to: mileage, number of stops, invoices, COD and invoice payments, keg deposit returns, and other transactions at accounts
Resolve concerns, issues, and questions at customer accounts
Communicate with Supervisor all concerns, questions, and issues about accounts
Perform inspections of delivery vehicles and keep them clean and fueled
Ability to work the Taproom if requested
Additional duties as assigned
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Minimum 21 years of age
Passion for craft beer
Obtain L.E.A.D. training and card
High School Diploma or equivalent
Outgoing personality
Strong customer service skills
Cicerone Certified Beer Server a plus
Homebrewing/Brewing experience a plus
Clean driving record
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Ability to maneuver a 165lb keg (1/2bbl keg)
Availability to work weekends and holidays, if needed
Ability to stand, for long periods, repeatedly stooping, crouching, kneeling, and other physical tasks necessary for draft line cleaning
Ability to listen, communicate, and follow directions
Must be able to sit and stand for long periods
