Sounds interesting. I have a few questions. Would you consider your brewpub a safe-space, are trigger warning words allowed? Can I work from home? Im looking for a position that would offer 8-12 weeks vacation a year. Do you have an Esop program? Finally, can we melt some steel onsite? Thanks, can't wait to hear back. Cheers, Good luck Brian.
