ABOUT
Definitive Brewing Company, located in Portland, Maine begun production in April of 2018 and opened it's doors in May. We have become known for producing a wide variety of styles such as Kolsch-style Ales, New England IPA, Adjunct Double Milk Stouts and Fruited Kettle Sour Ales to name a few. At DBC, we operate a 15 bbl , 2-vessel steam powered brew house and currently have 4 x 30 bbl FVs, 1 X 15 bbl FV and 2 x 30 bbl BTs as well as a 1/2 bbl electric Blichmann pilot system and 2 x 1/2 bbl SS Brewtech unitanks that utilize on a regular basis. Due to increased demand for the beer, we recently placed an order to expand our cellar capacity with the addition of 2 more 30 bbl FVs and 1 more 15 bbl FV that we expect to arrive in late March or early April. With the increased production slated for this spring/summer, we are looking to add an experienced brewer to our production team to work alongside 1 other brewer and the Director of Brewing Operations. The start date will be determined based on the actual arrival of the new tanks, but we hope to be able to bring someone in in the early spring.
