  • Keg Washer Recommendations

I am looking for some recommendations on a keg washer and sanitizer. We are going to start doing some limited distribution this year with a 7bbl brewpub with an anticipated 500bbl production in 2019. Looking for something practical and efficient for this scale and of course cost efficient as well. All advice appreciated!

    Thanks!

You can't go wrong with Premier Stainless Systems keg washers. They have a very inexpensive manual system and a very reasonable semi-auto system. You may pay more up front but what you save in labour and chemical/CO2 is well worth the extra cost. They also have systems in stock. Contact info@premierstainless.com

      Hey!

G4 Kegs sells a solid manual 2 head keg washer. It's a great starter unit. If you're looking for something that can scale with you and cost effective, we would recommend our keg washer rental program. It allows you to get up and washing kegs quickly and cheaply without committing to a unit you may outgrow in a few years.

Here's a link to all the info on our keg washers and the rental program: https://mailchi.mp/gopherkegs/kegwashers

Email us at hello@g4kegs.com if you have any questions!

        Hi ThirdBM,

We have a very compact, efficient, well made, UL listed 2 keg semi-automated keg washer, called The Gladiator; it comes in 1 phase or 3 phase options. Here's a link: https://conical-fermenter.com/Keg-Cl...l-brewing.html

          Another Option

As the National Sales Manager for Cedarstone Industry (and a brewery owner) I'd ask you to give us a look! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXFzuHsDk48

Our IDD Squire II has given us over a year of excellent service.

Our is a single-head washer/filler with sanitizer rinse. I'm pretty sure steam sanitizing is also an option when ordering.

If you get the keg filler option, don't waste your money on the fill-by-weight option. The fobber works just fine. The scale indicator can only retain one keg/beer combo, so you need to manually enter the data for every other keg/beer combination.
